We offer weekly, & monthly lease agreements

Your rent includes one unfurnished suite with a smart key access/video intercom to give access to clients, maintenance of common areas, wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, access to the laundry area, directory listing and 24/7 security camera system.

Suite owners are responsible for cleaning their individual suites.

Opening your own suite at S&D is an empowering journey that we’ve streamlined into a few crucial steps, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.

1. Schedule a Tour: Initiate the process by scheduling a tour of our facility. You’ll have the opportunity to experience our suites firsthand and appreciate the great atmosphere that we offer.
2. Complete Application.
3. Your business is required to be licensed through IDFPR.
   If you have an LLC /Corp it is required that you are registered with the Secretary of State
4. BUSINESS LICENSE from VILLAGE OF MAYWOOD
5. Arrange Insurance: Show proof of insurance before signing the lease. Protect your business venture by obtaining appropriate business general liability insurance. This is a vital measure to safeguard against potential claims.
6. Sign Lease/License Agreement: Once you’ve completed the above steps, you’ll sign a lease/license agreement. Our leases are designed with flexibility in mind to accommodate your business needs.
